Buying, selling, or managing property?

Pick the route that fits what you need today. Each one leads to the relevant details, terms, and next step.

For buyers

Find the lot. Know the terms. Bid.

Open the live HiBid catalog, study the photos and terms, know your full cost, and plan pickup or shipping before the clock gets tight.

For professionals

Move the property with a clear record

Attorneys, fiduciaries, owners, and advisors can coordinate authority, records, access, deadlines, reporting, and buyer closeout in one documented process.

The whole job

A catalog is only one part of an auction

The work connects intake, catalog evidence, presentation, bidder reach, closing, pickup, shipping, and settlement. If one handoff is vague, everyone feels it.

Quick answers

Before you bid or sell

Auction-specific terms in the live catalog control each event. Seller property moves forward only after review and a written engagement.

Where do I bid?

Bidding takes place through our HiBid catalogs at biddingisopen.hibid.com/auctions. Create or use your HiBid account, review the auction-specific terms, register, and bid from the catalog.

Do you ship auction purchases?

Shipping availability and charges are controlled by the live lot and event terms. When shipping is offered, the separate quote is sent for approval before that shipping charge is collected; review the catalog for carrier, packing, handling, and other event-specific charges.

Can I pick up near Orlando?

Yes. Pickup is by appointment at 217 Capitol Ct in Ocoee, Florida. Follow the instructions on your invoice to schedule a pickup after the auction.

How do I consign a collection or business inventory?

Start with the Sell With Us form. Tell us what you have, where it is located, and your timing. We will review the information and contact you about fit and next steps.
